Is RunWise only for shops?
No. It's for any business that buys, holds and sells products, whether you sell over a counter, by phone and WhatsApp, online, or to other businesses on account.
Do I need special equipment?
No. RunWise works in a web browser and on your phone. Receipt printers, scanners and the offline server are optional extras for busy counters.
How does the evening report work?
At a time you choose, RunWise sends you the day's sales, payments, profit and balances on WhatsApp, Telegram or email. You decide who else receives it.
Can you bring in my existing records?
Yes. Send us your spreadsheet or your current software's export and we'll import your products, prices, customers and balances for you.
Who can see my data?
You and the team members you allow. Our support team can only look in with your permission, for a time you choose, and every visit is logged.
